Customers whom wish to use corporate rates through their own account number MUST CALL Statementswalls LLC, at 877-240-9409 PRIOR to creating an order. Statementwalls LLC is not responsible for the delivery methods available in your area nor the pricing stated by the delivery company.

In some cases StatementWalls LLC through statementwalls.com may choose to provide free or heavily discounted shipping. In these such cases It will be expressly stated as to which method of shipping will be used and which delivery company will provide the stated shipping. No exceptions will be accepted.

Return Policy:

Statementwalls LLC, AND statementwalls.com will accept returned items for ONLY the following reasons: (These returns will be only in the form of EXCHANGE for same corrected item)

Group A returns

  1. Wrong item shipped.
  2. Refused item from delivery company due to apparent damage to packaging.
  3. Wrongly printed item in unproportionate scale or discoloration.

Statementwalls LLC, AND statementwalls.com will accept returned items with a 20% restocking for the following reasons:

Group B returns

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Late delivery.

Statementwalls LLC, AND statementwalls.com will DOES NOT ACCEPT returned items on ANY CUSTOM IMAGE PRINTED unless reason falls in the "Group A returns" list. Any damaged package accepted by customer is taken "AT CUSTOMER RISK", and Statementwalls LLC, AND statementwalls.com will not be liable for such choice. Any package delivered that has apparent damage should be immediately refused from the delivery company.
